Market Director
Robert currently serves as the Market Executive in the Pacific Northwest Market for UBS. In this role, he collaborates with his branch managers, financial advisors and staff to drive business growth across Pacific Northwest.
Professional History
Prior to his current position, Robert was Dallas Fort Worth Region Market Director since 2023, and the Silicon Valley Market Head from June 2016 - January 2020 and was Branch Manager of the Carmel Valley, San Diego branch from Sept 2011- June 2016. He was named Branch Manager of the year in 2012 and ranked #1 in his branch revenue group for 3 straight years.
Robert has been with UBS entities for over 30 years. He started at PaineWebber in 1983, working as a Financial Advisor for 11 years before moving into management roles in the home office, regional and divisional roles until 2005. He moved on to the Branch Manager role for the Colorado Springs Complex (including Pueblo and Durango, CO) for 3 years and the Resident Branch Manager role in Boston for 3 1/2 years.
Education and Personal
Robert holds a degree in Finance from Iona College in New Rochelle NY. He also holds the CFP® and CIMA® designations. Robert is very active in the local community with the Rotary, Wounded Warriors and The Humane Society. He also helped to lead his employees at UBS in the local community with underprivileged children at the Monarch School and Junior Achievement. Robert is married to his wife Sarah and they currently reside in Seattle, Washington.

Associate Market Executive
Jesus is an Associate Market Executive, supporting the Pacific Northwest Market. His focus is on strategic-growth, financial advisor development, recruiting, and operational excellence. He joined UBS in 2021 and was a member of the 24’ cohort of the graduate talent program. Has been a strong advocate for veterans and the All-Bar-None networks, acting as Co-chair and Co-chief of staff respectively.
Prior to UBS, Jesus held senior noncommissioned officer roles in the US Army including training and founding reconnaissance forces in allied countries including Ukraine, Poland, Cameroon, and Afghanistan. His previous experience includes establishing the Harvard Undergraduate Veterans Organization, advocating for veterans applying to Harvard, and roles as a Teaching fellow at Harvard for Business, Finance, Economics, and Management. He has a life-long commitment to community service and has been on the ground floor of budgeting, organizing and managing communities’ relationship with active-duty service members.
Jesus has a BA of Economics from Harvard University. He is a commissioner of the Tacoma Human Services Commission. Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. In his free time Jesse is active in local politics, loves building his infant child’s library, anything economics, and weightlifting.
