Jad and his team work to help their colleagues achieve their goals in an environment that is supportive, collegial and marked by excellence. While leading the firm's businesses in Northern New England, Jad tries to spend as much of his time as possible focused on his "Why" – "Fostering a culture of passion and empathy so that people feel good about who they are and what they do." Above all else, Jad believes that culture is the most important component to employee satisfaction, and employee satisfaction is the most important component to client satisfaction.
