Bill joined UBS in June of 2014 to assume the role of CNE Complex Director. Bill started in the industry in 1987 and spent the next 10 years as a Financial Advisor and Assistant Manager at Prudential Securities. In 1997, Bill moved to Advest Inc. where he ultimately became COO and Head of the Private Client Group. In 2005, Advest was acquired by Merrill Lynch and Bill assumed the role of Regional Director in New England. In 2011 he was asked to take on responsibilities as the Head of Capacity and Initiative Management for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, in New York City.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut in 1985 and was a four year letter winner in Football.

Bill volunteers his time with Foster Buddies in Hartford, Connecticut.

Robert is an Executive Director and Market Director responsible for leading the UBS wealth management businesses in Buffalo and Jamestown, NY. Robert joined UBS in 2006 and held a variety of leadership roles throughout his tenure at the firm. He began his UBS career as an investment analyst in our New York headquarters office working with industry leading Financial Advisors and high net worth clients on investment planning and portfolio construction. Robert then ascended into leadership roles where he served as a Sales Manager and Assistant Complex Director in New York City. In May 2015, Robert was promoted to Branch Manager in Westport, CT and most recently served as the Branch Manager of our Paramus, NJ office.

Prior to UBS, Robert was a regional sales specialist for Dreyfus Investments with responsibilities for mutual fund and separately managed account sales. Originally from Upstate New York, Robert began his career as a Financial Planner at Sagemark Consulting in Rochester, NY. 

Robert received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Science in Finance from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. 

Robert has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designations. He also holds the Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63 & 65 securities licenses and state Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Robert lives in Pittsford, NY with his wife, Jaclyn and their two sons. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and golf. Robert also enjoys giving back to the community in various ways. He most recently served as a mentor with the American Corporate Partners organization which provides mentorship and career coaching to transitioning military veterans.

Andy is Director and Associate Market Executive of the Greater New England Market - based in Hartford. Andy has been with UBS since 2005, and in the Wealth Management industry for over 30 years, beginning his career as a Financial Advisor. Andy is a dedicated leader, focused on working with a team of Wealth Management professionals, to help put them in the best possible position to deliver unique solutions to their clients by leveraging the full range of UBS businesses and resources worldwide.

Andy works extensively with his local community. He is in his 6th year as a member of the Board of Directors of New Haven Reads - an organization dedicated to increasing the literacy skills of children. Andy's past community leadership includes founding membership of the Professional Advisory Council of the Community Foundation of New Haven, and founding membership of the New Haven Promise Advisory Council. Andy values mentorship, and his work as a mentor includes the UBS/ACP Veterans Mentoring Program - assisting veterans transitioning from military careers to the private sector workforce, as well as the UBS Global WM Mentoring Program.

Originally from New York City, Andy earned his BS in Business from The State University of New York, and resides in CT with his wife and 3 children.

Current Role and Professional History

Weisner Perez is the Assistant Market Head at UBS Financial Services for the Central New England New York State Market. In his role, he helps deliver the open architecture of the firm to financial advisors to help them keep growing their business. He also helps in the day to day management of the Hartford Branch.  Prior to this role, he served in numerous managerial roles within UBS Home Office. He currently hold his FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.

Education and Personal Information

Weisner grew up in Berwyn, IL and attended Morton West high school. He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and minor in Economics while also being a member of the men’s basketball program. He currently lives in Hartford, CT and enjoys spending time boxing on his free time.
