Kellie Brady is a Managing Director and Market Director for the 1285 Avenue of the Americas office.
Kellie has spent her entire 27-year career at UBS, beginning with predecessor firm PaineWebber. Following the merger of PaineWebber with UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2000, Kellie opted to pursue a career in management. She quickly ascended to a number of key field leadership positions, including Complex Director of the Columbus, OH branch – a position she held from 2006-2008.
Since her return to New York City in 2008, Kellie has focused her efforts on strengthening the industry's leading wealth management office. As a Private Wealth Management leader, Kellie combines the client focus of a boutique with the footprint, strength and expertise of the world's only truly global wealth manager. This approach has led to the 1285 Avenue of the Americas office as becoming the branch of choice for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and the Private Wealth Advisors who serve them.
Kellie holds her Executive MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John's University. Kellie is passionate about inspiring and igniting the next generation of female entrepreneurs. To that end, she has served on several panels for UBS, St. John's University and Queens College, speaking to young women about their professional aspirations and careers in wealth management. An active member of the community, Kellie is an ardent supporter of a number of philanthropic organizations, including St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation, No Greater Sacrifice, and the American Corporate Partners Mentorship Program, a nationwide nonprofit organization that assists veterans transitioning from meaningful military careers to the civilian workforce.
Neal Cooper is an Executive Director and Market Director for the 1285 Avenue of the Americas office.
Neal began his career in a business development role at PaineWebber in 1995. Neal went on to become a Financial Advisor and was selected to participate in the UBS Management Development and Field Leadership Program in 2001. Over the next several years, Neal held various sales management roles in Melville, New York City, as well as the Regional Sales Manager for Southern Atlantic. In 2007, Neal was offered the opportunity to be the Assistant Branch Manager at Smith Barney and was later named Branch Manager of the 101 Park Avenue Office in 2012. He was also recognized on Wall Street as one of the 100 leading Branch Managers nationwide in 2012, 2013, and 2014. In 2015, Neal joined the 1285 Headquarters office of UBS as Branch Manager and is responsible for sales, middle market equity and fixed income. Neal works diligently with Financial Advisors to help them overcome obstacles they face with growing their business and delivering the firm to their clients.
Neal was born and raised in Riverdale, NY and currently resides with his wife Hyla, their daughter Ava, and son Eli on the East side of Manhattan. He enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, running marathons, tennis and traveling.
Thomas Conigatti is an Executive Director and Market Director for the 1285 Avenue of the Americas office.
Tom began his career in the financial services industry in 2009 as a banker with JPMorgan Chase. In 2010, Tom joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, guiding individual, institutional, and corporate clients to achieve their most important financial goals with confidence and purpose.
Tom quickly ascended and was selected to participate in the firm’s Leadership Development Program, after which he opted to pursue a career in management.
In 2013, Tom joined UBS as Sales Manager of the Wealth Advice Center (WAC). In this role, Tom led a diverse team of 115 Financial Advisors and Associate Managers in New Jersey and North Carolina. Since its founding, the WAC has grown into a national platform delivering hybrid, digital advice to 300k+ clients with $18 billion in AUM.
Tom returned to his native New York in 2017 to serve as Assistant Market Head and Branch Manager for industry-leading Private Wealth Management offices in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Tom graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He maintains his Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and insurance licenses.
In addition, Tom holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute™ and University of Chicago Booth School of Business; the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation from the College for Financial Planning®; and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designation from the Exit Planning Institute™.
Tom is proudly born and raised in New York City and currently resides in Fair Haven, New Jersey with his wife, Megan. Tom is passionate about inspiring and igniting the next generation of leaders; he is an ardent supporter of organizations focused on those who serve, veterans, and their families — including No Greater Sacrifice, American Corporate Partners, and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Demie Kommatas is an Executive Director and Associate Market Executive for the 1285 Avenue of the Americas office.
Demie is responsible for assisting financial advisors with customized portfolio solutions for their clients. She provides guidance to financial advisors and clients on separately managed accounts, mutual funds and ETFs, and has focused her attention to continuing the growth of the branch's investment advisory business as well as delivering the firm. Prior to her current role, Demie served as Administrative Manager where she was responsible for the oversight of over 70 support staff employees on all items relating to supervision, human resources, coaching and development and general business administration. She has held various roles at UBS including Client Service Associate, Branch Office Administrator and Control Analyst. Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Demie began her career at Smith Barney.
Demie graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in International Politics and Economics. She maintains her Series 3, 7, 9/10 and 66 securities licenses as well as the New York State life and health insurance licenses. Demie was born and raised in New York City and resides on Roosevelt Island, NY. In her free time, Demie enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
