Lane Strumlauf is the Market Executive for the Florida Market at UBS Financial Services. He is responsible for both the Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management businesses within 34 Branch offices in Florida. Lane currently oversees approximately 350 Financial Advisors and 250 support staff who manage a combined total of over $100 billion in client assets. Lane also serves on the UBS Political Action Committee Board.
Professional History
From 2023-2024, Lane was head of UBS Wealth Management, as well as the Ultra High Net Worth and Private Wealth business in the Southeast Market for UBS Wealth Management Americas. Prior to this, Lane has served in various senior leadership roles including head of the UBS Northwest PWM Market, UBS West Division Director, and Regional Director for the Northwest United States, where he and his team were recognized in 2015 as WMA's “Region of The Year” for top overall performance. Lane began his career in the financial services industry in 1992 as a Financial Advisor with Shearson Lehman Brothers. During this time, and later at Prudential Securities, he was a successful Branch Manager, Complex Director, and Regional Sales Manager in South Florida, as well as a Management Training Officer in New York City.
Family & Personal Interests
Lane and his wife, Melissa, live in Jacksonville, Florida and have three grown children and a son-in-law, Brooke (Josh), Faith, and Hunter. Away from work, he enjoys golf, the outdoors and traveling with his family. Lane's philanthropic interests are centered on medical research — as a cancer survivor himself, and after losing his closest friend and multiple family members to cancer, he has become an active fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research and Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Lane also serves as President of The Oren Margol Foundation, a non-profit organization created to help fund cancer research at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Jacksonville.
Sandra Wagner serves as a Director and Market Administrative Officer for the Florida Market at UBS Financial Services. Sandra has held several roles at the firm and has a wealth of experience in various capacities. Sandra maintains her Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses.
She is also an active member of her community and finds joy in spending time with her husband and adult children. Outside of work, Sandra loves traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Sal is an Associate Market Executive for the Florida Market. He is responsible for assisting financial advisors with customized solutions for their clients; helping financial advisors provide guidance to clients on separately managed accounts, mutual funds and ETFs. He has a focus on delivering the firm, bringing the full scope of UBS to financial advisors and clients.
Sal began his career in Finance in 2007 with Oppenheimer and Company as a Client Service Associate. Following Oppenheimer he spent 6 years with Barclays Wealth Management in various roles including Operational Specialist and Supervisory Manager. After Barclays Wealth, Sal joined UBS as in 2016 as a Supervisory Officer, attaining the lead of the group as Market Supervisory Officer in 2018 responsible for oversight of the 1285 Avenue of the America’s Market and the Northern New Jersey Market.
Sal was a member of the Rutgers University varsity baseball team, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. He maintains the Series 7, 66, 3, 9/10 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Sal is currently relocating to the Sarasota area with his wife Christina, daughter Olivia and son Joseph. He enjoys playing baseball/softball, golf and all things athletic in his free time.
