Michael Bonomo is a Senior Market Director covering our Private Wealth Management offices in our San Francisco Market. Prior to joining UBS, Mike led the San Francisco and Seattle markets for West Coast PWM at Morgan Stanley. Michael began his career in 2007 as a Financial Advisor and was elevated to a producing sales manager role in 2012 at Merrill Lynch. In 2013, Michael joined Morgan Stanley as the Associate Complex Manager in Midtown Manhattan. During his tenure in New York, Michael developed a keen insight into helping advisors grow their business and clearing obstacles that stood in their way. One of the largest complexes at Morgan Stanley, Michael learned how to translate the power of the broader firm into revenue opportunities for advisors. With a wide range of experience in Private Wealth Management, Graystone, International Wealth Management, sales and trading, Michael was promoted to lead the Dallas Park Cities branch in 2018. Throughout his assignment in Dallas, he transformed the Park Cities branch into a top performer. In 2021, Michael’s leadership was endorsed again when he was asked to lead many of the industry’s top advisors in the Bay Area and Seattle. As Market Manager, Michael serves as a conduit between advisors and the broader Morgan Stanley franchises of Investment Banking Division, Morgan Stanley at Work and E*TRADE.

A native of Missouri, Michael is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City and holds an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. He is an avid Kansas City sports fan. Currently, Michael resides on the Peninsula with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing golf, sporting clays and skiing.

Philip serves as the Market Administrative Officer for the San Francisco Market. He has been with UBS since 2016 and has over 18 years of management experience in the financial industry.

Throughout his financial career he has held various roles including Complex Operations Manager, Compliance Specialist, and Complex Supervisory Officer.  In his current role as Market Administrative Officer, Phil is responsible for managing the Market Team Associate Staff, as well Business Manager across the Market. 

Phil enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports. He is a graduate of Heald College with a degree in Business Administration. He holds his Series 3, 7, 66, 9 and 10 securities licenses.

Barbara serves as the Market Supervisory Officer for the San Francisco Market. She has been with UBS since 2004 and has over 16 years of management experience in the financial industry.

Throughout her financial career she has held various roles including Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Associate Market Executive and Client Experience Director.  In her current role as Market Supervisory Officer, Barbara is responsible for managing compliance and business risk, as well as implementation and education of firm policies and procedures across the Market. 

Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, dabbling in DIY projects and gardening. She is a graduate of Sierra College with a degree in Business Administration and General Science. She holds her Series 3, 7, 66, 9 and 10 securities licenses and is Insurance licensed.
