    Justin Frame is a Managing Director who serves as the Market Executive for the Pacific Desert Market. The business consists of 15 branches across southern California, Hawaii, and Arizona, comprising Newport Beach, Irvine, Carmel Valley, San Diego, La Jolla, Rancho Bernardo, Riverside, Redlands, Indian Wells, Brea, Seal Beach, Honolulu, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tucson.  He oversees more than 290 Financial Advisors who manage more than $90 billion in client assets and is focused on maintaining our position as one of the most productive markets in Southern California. Our local roots allow us to always stand in service to our Financial Advisors and their clients.  Justin is active in his community serving on several local boards including Advisors in Philanthropy and Working Wardrobes.

    Before taking on his current role with UBS Global Wealth Management he spent the previous 25 years with Morgan Stanley.  He held several roles there including Branch & Complex Manager, Regional COO and Family Wealth Advisor.  As a former successful Financial Advisor for 14 years, he understands the unique relationship between Advisors and their clients. He supports that relationship by providing an open architecture of products and services, which allows our Advisors freedom of choice.

    Today’s markets and sophisticated client needs require leader’s adept at leading transformational change. Justin has a philosophy that wealth management is about helping clients achieve their financial goals so they can live their dreams.           Julian was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at the age of 9. He was raised in Stephenville, TX—the Cowboy Capital of the World, and lived in the Lone Star State for nearly 20 years prior to moving to Los Angeles, where he currently resides. Julian graduated high school as the Valedictorian and obtained a BS in Finance and a Minor in Accounting from Tarleton State University, a founding member of the Texas A&M University system. He joined UBS in January of 2020 and formerly served as the Administrative Manager and Associate Market Administrative Officer in the Los Angeles Market.

           

          In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, archery, and pretty much anything in the great outdoors. He loves the Western lifestyle and owns a working cattle ranch in Texas with his family.

                  Olivia is the Executive Team Assistant to Justin Frame, Market Executive, in our Pacific Desert Market. She is a Southern California Native who recently moved to Phoenix, AZ. Olivia has more than 24 years of industry experience and has held various roles within the firm including Client Service Associate, Branch Technology Liaison and Branch Office Administrator. She has most recently been the Executive Team Assistant in the Los Angeles Private Wealth Office, while supporting the administrative team. To further help support our clients and the Pacific Desert Market, Olivia is a Notary Public for the state of Arizona and prides herself in her ability to build strong relationships. Olivia received the Culture Carrier of the Year Award in 2022 and continues to promote a strong culture, no matter what office she physically sits in.

                  In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her two dogs, trying new restaurants and all sporting events.

                        Carla began her career in the financial services industry in 2000 with Smith Barney as a client service associate in the Detroit Metro area. In 2003 she moved to UBS Financial Services in Birmingham, MI and has held various roles within the Firm. In 2007, she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to become the Operations Manager for the Scottsdale AZ branch and then moved into a Supervisory position in the Phoenix AZ branch in 2009. 

                        Prior to joining the Pacific Desert Market, Carla was the Market Supervisory Officer for Desert Mountain Market. Carla believes one of the most important parts of her role is establishing strong relationships with Financial Advisors, Team Associates, Market Directors and Senior management, as well as mitigating risk within her Market and Firm.  

                        Carla received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Walsh College Business and Accountancy in Troy, MI. She also holds her Series 7, 63, 66, 9, 10 and insurance licenses.

                        She resides in Scottsdale Arizona with her dog Ruger, who she adopted from the Westside German Shepherd Rescue in Los Angeles in 2019. Carla is passionate about animal welfare and military veterans.

                        When time prevails, Carla enjoys walking, hiking, reading and visiting family.

                                Danielle was born and raised in Illinois. She graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Sociology.

                                Danielle joined UBS Financial Services at the Scottsdale location in 2019 as a Receptionist. In 2020, Danielle became a Client Service Associate while maintaining the office. In 2022, Danielle moved into the Office Administrator position at the Phoenix, AZ branch. Danielle is responsible for overseeing the technology and supporting local branch operations in Arizona. She performs an essential role on her team by providing client support and meeting all serviceable needs. 

                                In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, going for walks with her dogs and spending time in Northern Arizona.
