With over 20 years of wealth management experience, Shawn is an Executive Director and Market Director. She is responsible for leading the UBS Wealth Management business in Arizona.

As the Market Director, Shawn knows how important it is to provide comprehensive advice, guidance and solutions tailored to each situation. She partners with Financial Advisors and their teams to ensure that they have deep knowledge of our global capabilities to best assist clients and provide an exceptional client experience.

Shawn is passionate about helping clients and their families improve their lives and create legacies that matter most to them. She understands that significant wealth brings a greater level of complexity to clients and that every client is unique.

Shawn joined UBS in 2008 and has spent the past decade in various leadership roles including Assistant Market Head for the UBS 1285 Headquarters office in New York and Complex Sales Manager in Chicago before assuming the Market Director role in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tucson. Prior to pursuing a leadership career, Shawn held several roles in the industry including Regional Branch Analyst and Planning Specialist, Financial Advisor and Client Service Associate. Shawn has also worked at Wachovia Securities and Merrill Lynch where she began her career in 1999.

Shawn graduated from University of Delaware – Lerner College of Business and Economics and received her B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and maintains her securities licenses for the Series 7, 9, 10, 66 and her life and health insurance licenses.

Outside the office

Shawn, her husband Derek and their two dogs, Bella and Luna live in Phoenix. She enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with family.

Danielle joined UBS Financial Services at the Scottsdale location in 2019. She oversees the technology and supports branch operations for the Arizona branches. She ensures that Financial Advisors and their teams face minimal problems in providing exceptional service to their clients. She performs an essential role to make sure all serviceable needs are met. 

She graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL, and attained her bachelor's degree in Psychology and minor in Sociology.

Danielle enjoys camping, ATVing and spending time with family.

Marietta is the Administrative Manager for the Phoenix and Scottsdale locations. 

Marietta graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Communications. Prior to her current role, she was a Business Service Manager with Morgan Stanley.

Marietta started her Financial career as an Intern with Morgan Stanley during her Junior year of college, then became a Client Service Associate where she obtained her SIE, Series 7 and Series 66. Marietta found her passion for leadership and then became a Team Lead. 

In her free time, Marietta enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Julian was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at the age of 9. He was raised in Stephenville, TX—the Cowboy Capital of the World, and lived in the Lone Star State for nearly 20 years prior to moving to Los Angeles, where he currently resides. Julian graduated high school as the Valedictorian and obtained a BS in Finance and a Minor in Accounting from Tarleton State University, a founding member of the Texas A&M University system. He joined UBS in January of 2020 and formerly served as the Administrative Manager and Associate Market Administrative Officer in the Los Angeles Market.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, archery, and pretty much anything in the great outdoors. He loves the Western lifestyle and owns a working cattle ranch in Texas with his family.
