    Jeff Catlin has been in the wealth management business for over thirty years; the last fourteen as Branch manager for two UBS offices in Michigan and Ohio. Originally form New Jersey and graduating from The University of Arizona, Jeff started as a Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities in New York City. Since 1999, Jeff has held various roles at UBS and its predecessor, PaineWebber. His beginnings in the Taxable Fixed Income department led him to roles within Non-Proprietary Mutual Funds in our home office of Weehawken, NJ. From there, Jeff was appointed as one of the initial thirteen Regional Sales Managers for UBS covering the South Central Region. His Regional Sales Manager accomplishments brought him to a position as the Business Development Officer for the Mid-Atlantic Region working out of Washington D. C.

    Jeff's Complex Director Position spans Troy, MI, Toledo, OH and Sandusky, OH. He is proud to directly manage the 3 offices in two states, and his management team extends through Troy, Toledo, and Sandusky.

        Joy began her career at Everen Securities in 1998 and moved to UBS in 2007. Over the past 18 years, Joy has held several positions in the industry, including: Receptionist/Wire Operator/Cashier, Client Service Associate, Operations Manager, Administrative Manager and her current role, Complex Administrative Manager. As Complex Administrative Manager, she is responsible for supporting and driving strategic firm initiatives, partnering with the OAC management team, and the training and development of the administrative support staff.

        Joy is an Eastern Michigan University graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education.

            Kathleen "Kathy" Potter has been a longstanding and loyal UBS Employee since she joined PaineWebber as a junior wire operator in 1985. Kathy has progressed through the Administrative functions at UBS, as well as several offices in the U.S., as her career has grown. From Junior Wire Operator, to Registered Client Service Associate to Regional Executive Team Assistant in Los Angeles, CA, Kathy has a history of phenomenal service. Kathy returned to Michigan with the Great Lakes Region and was welcomed back to Troy when the regional structure was reorganized. Kathy supports the Michigan Market Management team and each and every member of the complex. She is the liaison for Human Resources, Benefits, onboarding and recruiting processes. Kathy is also known for her always amiable and helpful attitude, often being used as a training resource for other Complex and Branch Administrators.
