Ryan currently serves as one of UBS’s Market Executives, responsible for leading the wealth management businesses in Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi. Prior to leading the South Central Market, Ryan led the UBS office in Greenville, SC and held a variety of roles for UBS in the greater New York City area. She joined UBS in 2009 as part of their Graduate Talent Program.
During her tenure at UBS, Ryan has always focused on helping Financial Advisors and their teams grow their businesses and deliver the firm to clients. She serves on the UBS Leadership Advisory Council, which is an elite and diverse group of Field Leaders who work directly with Senior Management to build upon UBS’s success as the preeminent Global Wealth Management Firm.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. She holds her Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10, and Series 3 licenses with FINRA.
Ryan resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, Barrett, and young daughter, Simmons. She is an active member of the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Public Library Foundation, Cheekwood Estate & Gardens, and OZ Arts. Additionally, she is the 2023 Co-Chair for the Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee Impact Awards. She is a former member of the United Way Greenville County Board of Directors and National Advisory Council for her high school, The Harpeth Hall School, in Nashville. TN. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
Sara Perez Barrett is the Market Director for the UBS offices in Memphis, Arkansas and Mississippi. In her role, she serves as an advocate and partner to our financial advisors and support staff to deliver comprehensive wealth management advice for our clients.
Sara first joined UBS in New York City in 2012 in the firm’s banking business. From 2013 to 2015, she worked with various roles as part of the Graduate Talent Program including Private Wealth Management Strategy, Alternative Investment Sales, Advisory Solutions, and Equity Research. In 2015, she joined the US division of UBS' Chief Investment Office (CIO) as a strategist covering the municipal bond market.
Sara moved to Nashville in 2017 to help lead our wealth management business across Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana and Arkansas as an Assistant Market Head. Sara is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she received a B.A. cum laude in Economics, History and Spanish. In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, traveling and rooting on her favorite SEC and Pittsburgh professional sports teams. She currently resides in Germantown, TN with her daughter, husband, and their dog Murphy.
Chris joined UBS in 2002 and currently leads the firm's East Tennessee wealth management businesses in Knoxville and the Tri-Cities. Chris enjoys being actively involved in the business and personal lives of the UBS Knoxville team members and serving as their champion internally and externally. Previously Chris served as the Assistant Market Head for the Tennessee Kentucky Market based in the firm’s Nashville offices.
While living in New York City, he served as a Management Training Advisor and Regional Development Officer, both part of New Financial Advisor Development at UBS. Subsequently, as a Senior Practice Management Consultant, he facilitated development programs and consulted for the firm's most high performing financial advisors and teams across the United States. He began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, there he received multiple performance awards.
Chris holds an undergraduate degree in finance and a MBA, both awarded from East Tennessee State University. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Christian Academy of Knoxville and previously the Knoxville Museum of Art.
Chris adores his wife Esha and their 12 year old son Alex and currently reside in west Knoxville, TN. Chris enjoys cheering on Alex's athletic and academic endeavors and prioritizes faith, family and impact.
Pat currently serves as the Associate Market Executive for the South Central Market, encompassing Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi. In this role, he is responsible for developing the business strategy and helping Financial Advisors and their teams grow their business and deliver the firm to clients.
Pat joined UBS in 2021 as Senior Managing Consultant, where he worked as a strategic advisor and contributed to the development of the digital banking platform for UBS Bank USA. He started his financial services career in 2014 and has held various roles across the independent channel, working extensively with Financial Advisors. His responsibilities spanned from the front, middle and back-office functions, including business development, enhancing the client experience, identifying growth opportunities, and consulting financial advisors launching their own independent practices.
Pat graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with an M.B.A., with concentrations in strategy and corporate finance. He currently holds his Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, and Series 10 licenses with FINRA.
Pat grew up on the central coast of California and now resides in Nashville, TN with his wife, Sara, and their Doberman, Millie. Pat enjoys staying active through working out and playing sports, exploring new restaurants, spending time with his family and friends, and watching football.
Jeff is the Market Director responsible for the Southeast Tennessee region. He focuses on helping ensure that UBS is the firm of choice for high net worth families in this community. Managing over $5.75 billion in client assets, the UBS Chattanooga office has become the area’s premier wealth management firm by nurturing a team-oriented culture that strives to always put clients’ interests first. This is evidenced by the prestigious industry recognitions earned by numerous UBS Financial Advisors based at the Chattanooga office.
Jeff joined UBS (then J.C. Bradford & Co.) as a Financial Advisor in his hometown of Chattanooga in March 1994. Since then, he has served in leadership positions with the organization with titles including: Branch Manager, Market Area Manager of Tennessee and now Market Director. Jeff previously served on the firm’s Branch Manager Advisory Committee and the firm’s Wealth Advisory Committee. Jeff is seen as a top performer by his peers and has consistently been recognized as a leader within the firm.
Jeff has been married to his wife Cindy for 34 years, and they have two adult sons living in the area. Jeff enjoys travel, exercise, hiking, boating and reading
Curt currently serves as the Client Experience Director for the South Central Market which includes Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana. He works with UBS leaders across his territory to help improve employee empowerment. Curt seeks to elevate the service experience for our Advisors, their teams, with the ultimate goal to better serve our clients. Prior to the Client Experience Director role, Curt held a variety of positions within UBS including Market Supervisory Officer and Market Administrative Officer.
Curt graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He holds his Series 7, Series 66, Series 9 and 10 licenses with FINRA. After more than 20 years of working with clients to achieve their goals, he recognizes that clients deserve a well thought out plan prior to making an investment recommendation. Planning may encompass retirement, education, estate and wealth transfer, liability, insurance and long-term care. Ryan is devoted to building a lifelong relationship with his clients and helping them through every phase of life.
Ryan was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. He attended the University of Louisville on a golf scholarship. Upon graduation, Ryan worked in the telecommunications sales and medical sales fields for 8 years. He started his financial services career in 2000 as an advisor with Smith Barney in Louisville. In 2009 Ryan moved to UBS. Ryan was manager of the downtown Louisville, KY branch for 2 years and then moved to Franklin, TN to open and manage a new UBS branch. Ryan and his wife, Sarah have triplets: Elizabeth, Charlie and Jack. His interest and hobbies include coaching youth sports, golf, supporting activities such as church mission trips, mentoring military personnel as they move back to the private sector and many other UBS branch charitable or season of service events.

As a Market Administrative Officer of the South Central Market, Cheryl is responsible for the leadership and development of the administrative team and support staff. She ensures the day-to-day operations of the business run effectively and efficiently. She has spent the past 15 years of her career at UBS Financial Services serving various roles in client service, supervisory and administrative management. She leverages her leadership experience from her prior roles as Market Supervisory Officer and her relationship building experience as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to deliver a high level of service to each employee and client through consistent and thoughtful communication. With over 24 years of experience in the financial industry, Cheryl is passionate and committed to helping clients reach their wealth management goals and loves assisting employees and clients as they maneuver through life's daily challenges. She also enjoys being involved in the local community through volunteering with CASA and Junior Achievement.
Cheryl holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and Series 9 & 10 supervisory licenses. She also holds her insurance license for health, life, and variable annuities.

Nick is the Market Director for Louisiana. His offices include New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette.

Nick has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1993 and moved to a management role in 2000.
Nick joined UBS in 2014 and prior to becoming the Market Director for Louisiana, Nick held various positions at UBS including Branch Manager, Assistant Market Head and Sales Manager.
Nick’s experience as a top producing Financial Advisor and Manager have provided him with the skillset to assist Financial Advisors in delivering the highest level of service and solutions to clients.

Katrina started in the financial services industry in 2000 with Paine Webber and as a result of the McDonald Investments acquisition in 2007, rejoined UBS. She holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses and has held various roles, including Registered Client Service Associate, Branch Administrative Manager and Complex Administrative Manager.
As the current South Central Market Supervisory Officer, Katrina is responsible for helping ensure the market is in compliance with risk management guidelines by establishing relationships with advisory teams. Katrina and her two daughters live in Bloom Carroll, Ohio. In her spare time she enjoys watching sports, live music and singing karaoke.
