BiographyBruce Dillard is a seasoned executive with a distinguished record of leadership in both the military and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Market Director for the state of Nevada. Bruce brings decades of experience in strategic growth, team development, and operational excellence.
Bruce began his professional journey with a 12-year career as a carrier-based Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy. His service included elite assignments such as flag aide to the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Atlantic Command, deployments aboard the USS John F. Kennedy, and a tour with the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron—the Blue Angels. He accumulated over 2,000 flight hours and 250 aircraft carrier landings, exemplifying precision, discipline, and leadership under pressure.
Transitioning to the financial industry, Bruce held roles as a financial advisor and later as a top-performing recruiter for Merrill Lynch’s advisor program. He went on to lead the Customized Investments desk in New York, where his team pioneered the issuance of new structured investments across Wall Street.
At UBS, Bruce has held multiple leadership positions across the country, including in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Baltimore and Hunt Valley, Denver and Cherry Creek, and Plano/Fort Worth. As Market Director in Denver, he led his branch to national recognition, achieving Leadership Council honors twice—ranking 2nd and 4th in the nation respectively in 2018 and 2020.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Production and Operations Management with a minor in Information Systems Management from Drexel University. He remains deeply committed to supporting veterans transitioning to civilian careers, mentoring through American Corporate Partners and the UBS Veterans Network.

She is a collaborator who drives to make her team and her colleagues better in their day to day work.
