Tim Grantham is Executive Director – Wealth Management, Financial Advisor, and Market Director for UBS Financial Services in Oklahoma. He also leads The Red River Group, a distinguished team within UBS with offices in both Oklahoma and Dallas. The group specializes in delivering tailored wealth management strategies for high-net-worth families, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs—primarily across Texas and Oklahoma.

With a career in financial advising that began in 1989, Tim brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of the financial landscape. He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex financial decisions through personalized planning and long-term relationship building.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Tim is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma. After nearly 30 years in Dallas, he returned to his hometown in 2016 to take on a leadership role within UBS.

Tim and his wife, Jennifer, have three children: Julia, currently in law school; Joe, a college junior; and Jake, a high school junior.

Heather Winslow joined as Administrative Officer of the Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK offices in May 2022. She brings to the firm over 20 years industry experience.

Heather was most recently with Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Associate for a Private Wealth Management team serving ultra-high net worth clients. She previously worked at Wells Fargo Advisors as Complex Operations Manager for 13 years. Heather’s well-rounded knowledge of the business in both management and operational service give her a deep understanding of client service excellence and how important a financial advisor’s relationship is with each client.  She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance. 

Heather loves a good challenge and finding a solution for both internal and external clients. She enjoys traveling as much as possible, reading and spending time at the lake with family and friends.

As the Branch Office Administrator for the Tulsa and Oklahoma City offices, Ann is responsible for supporting both the Branch Manager and Administrative Manager as well as assisting with all branch problem resolution and technology rollouts.

Ann began her career in the financial services industry in 1992. Over the years, she has held various positions and has always enjoyed helping clients with all aspects of their financial health.

Ann received her degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. Go Pokes!

When not working, Ann is very active. Activities include volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House, LaFortune Park Tennis Center, and NE Community Food Bank. She is a member of the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture and has loved learning about Tulsa's history not only in architecture but it's impact on the financial world. She enjoys tennis, hiking, concerts, and especially baseball. She is a BIG Chicago Cubs fan. Go Cubs!
