Drew is a Financial Advisor and Certified 401(k) Specialist for UBS Financial Services, Inc. and focuses his expertise on financial planning and retirement planning. In addition to serving individual clients, Drew has spent the last five years working with 457(b), 401(k), & 403(b) retirement plans assisting plan sponsors, working professionals, pre-retirees, and retirees in their financial planning needs.
Drew is passionate about working in Financial Services and he believes that money is not everything, but understands that money impacts almost everything. Because of this, Drew works to implement sound strategies that will allow his client’s to use what they have and turn it into what they need for the present and future. Being affiliated with UBS Financial Services provides Drew with the team and resources needed to help his clients achieve their financial goals.
As a Financial Advisor, Drew recognizes that continuing education is essential in providing his clients with the best services in the ever-changing environment of the financial services industry. He also understands that education and expertise are an important component in differentiating himself from other Advisors and is always looking for opportunities to learn and sharpen his expertise.
Outside of the office, you will find Drew spending most of his time with his wife and four daughters. He values the potential in others and spends time volunteering as a mentor for youth and young adults on a weekly basis. On his ideal day, you might find Drew at his favorite coffee shop, going for a run, whipping something up in the kitchen, sharing a meal with others, visiting Disney, learning something new or reading a book.
Jacqueline (Jax) joined UBS in 2013 with a background in the banking industry and brings her customer service experience to the forefront. As a Client Service Associate, Jax acts as the teams service concierge, providing a wide range of client service tasks, including assisting with client review meeting preparation, coordinating documents, and fulfilling client service requests.
- Jax came to Oregon in 2004 with her husband on a job transfer with the United States Post Office. They enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and biking.
Robert currently serves as the Market Executive in the Pacific Northwest Market for UBS. In this role, he collaborates with his branch managers, financial advisors and staff to drive business growth across Pacific Northwest.
Professional History
Prior to his current position, Robert was Dallas Fort Worth Region Market Director since 2023, and the Silicon Valley Market Head from June 2016 - January 2020 and was Branch Manager of the Carmel Valley, San Diego branch from Sept 2011- June 2016. He was named Branch Manager of the year in 2012 and ranked #1 in his branch revenue group for 3 straight years.
Robert has been with UBS entities for over 30 years. He started at PaineWebber in 1983, working as a Financial Advisor for 11 years before moving into management roles in the home office, regional and divisional roles until 2005. He moved on to the Branch Manager role for the Colorado Springs Complex (including Pueblo and Durango, CO) for 3 years and the Resident Branch Manager role in Boston for 3 1/2 years.
Education and Personal
Robert holds a degree in Finance from Iona College in New Rochelle NY. He also holds the CFP® and CIMA® designations. Robert is very active in the local community with the Rotary, Wounded Warriors and The Humane Society. He also helped to lead his employees at UBS in the local community with underprivileged children at the Monarch School and Junior Achievement. Robert is married to his wife Sarah and they currently reside in Seattle, Washington.
Cy Aleman is the Market Director at UBS Financial Services, Inc., overseeing the UBS Offices in Oregon. In this role, Cy is responsible for driving regional market strategies, fostering financial growth, and leading a diverse team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Cy is passionate about supporting his team in both business and personal development, creating high-level engagements that set industry standards. He finds great joy in building long-term relationships with the outstanding professionals in his community.
In 2013, Cy earned his CFP® designation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon, where he was named Second Team All Pac-10 All Academic in 2001 while playing football as a wide receiver for the Oregon Ducks. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and dedication to success, qualities that his clients greatly appreciate.
Cy and his wife, Morgan, reside in Portland with their sons, Bodhi and Asher, and their rescued dog, Yogi. In his spare time, Cy enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and mountaineering. As Oregon alumnus, Cy and Morgan frequently visit Autzen Stadium.
