Ron Bass is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in wealth management and market leadership. As the Market Director for UBS in the Kentucky/Cincinnati Market, Ron oversees a dynamic team of financial advisors and wealth management professionals. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence, client-centric strategies, and a deep understanding of the financial markets.

Prior to his current role, Ron spent 25 years with Morgan Stanley, where he demonstrated his ability to lead teams, coach financial advisors, recruit experienced wealth management professionals, and manage large branch offices.

Ron is known for his collaborative approach and his ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. He works closely with his team to ensure that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. His dedication to professional development and continuous learning has made him a respected leader within the industry.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ron is actively involved in the community supporting Go Pantry, and St. Timothy Catholic Church in Union, KY

Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville and resides in Union, KY with his wife Julie and daughters Jenna and Kaitlyn. In his free time he enjoys boating, fishing, playing golf, running, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
