Dawn serves as the Market Director for the UBS Dayton, OH office. She is the first female to hold this role at this location.  In this capacity, she brings together the firm’s best-in-class resources, talent and capabilities to create and sustain success for UBS’s clients in the Americas.

Her over two decades of previous experience includes Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Assistant Operations Manager, Complex Service Manager, and Market Administrative Officer. Dawn has successfully helped manage the daily operations of the Dayton branch and has built comradery and morale in the office. Dawn is very proud of the culture she has built at the Miamisburg office. 

Dawn invests a great deal of time working with financial advisors and support team members on all aspects of the business including practice management, potential teaming opportunities and team developments. Dawn is the co-chair for the Ohio Indy Kentucky Chapter of All Bar None, the women's network at UBS that engages, educates, and empowers employees to promote the professional advancement of women at UBS and to champion the vision, values and strategies of the firm.

Dawn is an active member in the community and volunteers her time at various non-profit organizations in the Dayton area. She is passionate about helping others in need and making a difference in the lives of others.

Dawn grew up on Long Island in New York and now resides in Miamisburg, Ohio with her husband, James, and their son and daughter.

Joyce joined UBS in 2025 from Wells Fargo Advisors and is an experienced supervisor with over 30 years in the industry.  During her career she has held positions in sales, service and administration. She received her degree in Marketing from Wright State University. 

Joyce is originally from Versailles, Ohio but she split her adult life between the Dayton and Columbus areas.  She currently lives in Franklin with her husband Tom and their two dogs.  They have a daughter and a two year old granddaughter.

Joyce enjoys outdoor activities. She likes to go hiking, camping and kayaking.

Vanessa is currently the client liaison for the Dayton branch. Vanessa believes in always answering the phone with a smile. She looks at the positive, no matter the situation and goes above and beyond to find the answer. She truly loves that the office has a family-like atmosphere and appreciates being part of a team that supports each other.

Since starting with UBS in 2007, she worked in operations and is also the technology liaison for the branch.

Vanessa enjoys volunteering with the Military Order of the Purple Heart and takes pride in the fact that the office is passionate about volunteer work in the local community. She lives in Miamisburg and enjoys spending time with her son, Caige and granddaughter, Harper.
