Brad is a Market Director for the Florida Market. Brad's continued focus is making UBS in the Greater Miami Market the destination of choice for wealthy clients. Brad joined UBS (then PaineWebber) in March of 1996. Throughout his more than 27 years at UBS, he has built an in-depth knowledge of the solutions and services we offer our clients, and how best to deliver them to help with their ever-changing needs.

Brad received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University. He is very involved in the community philanthropically, with Make a Wish Southern Florida and The Chapman Partnership, among others.

Sandra Wagner serves as a Director and Market Administrative Officer for the Florida Market at UBS Financial Services. Sandra has held several roles at the firm and has a wealth of experience in various capacities. Sandra maintains her Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses.

She is also an active member of her community and finds joy in spending time with her husband and adult children. Outside of work, Sandra loves traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Juan Luis has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career with Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor and was then promoted to Branch Manager.  He also worked in the insurance industry, and for the last 8 years has held positions in Sales, Service, Management, Risk and Product Governance at Citi.

Juan Luis lives in Doral, Florida with his wife, Ivette and two children, Gabriela and Sebastian. Away from work, he enjoys travel, music, golf and coaching his son on baseball. He volunteers for various nonprofit organizations. Juan Luis graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Finance and Business Administration. He holds several industry licenses including FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24 and 66. He also enjoys wine and has obtained a Certified Sommelier Certificate, and courses in the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET).  He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Antonio is an Associate Market Executive for the Florida Market. Antonio is a results-oriented Associate Market Executive, overseeing the Florida Market. He drives business development, implements sales growth plans, and develops coaching programs for financial advisors to enhance their professional growth. Antonio manages escalated issues, including financial, reputational, and compliance risks. He also supports financial advisor recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Previously, as Client Experience Director, Antonio streamlined processes to improve client and advisor experiences.

Antonio began his career with Merrill Lynch in 2006, advanced into leadership roles, and joined UBS in 2015. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
