James was named as the Branch Manager for the UBS office in St. Petersburg Florida in 2011. During his time there the branch grew from $7,00,000 in yearly revenue to over $25,000,000 annually. This was accomplished by current advisors growing their practices organically as well as James recruiting the best advisors in the city to bring their business and clients to UBS. James believes in fostering a family atmosphere and culture of respect for all employees no matter their role in the organization. He still believes that local leadership matters and we can accomplish more together than we can alone. He was named to UBS's prestigious Leadership Council in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2019. He also was asked to lead the Branch Manager Advisory Council for the Southeast Division while in Florida and then was asked to start the same up for the Western Division after moving back home to Carmel.

James and Wife Diane live in Pebble Beach with their four children Lily, Andrew Aiden and Ella.
