Ryan is the Market Director for UBS Financial Services' Brea and Newport Beach offices. His role is to work with Financial Advisors and their teams in developing business strategy as well as providing access to the tools and intellectual capital they need to better serve their clients. Ryan is passionate about finding creative solutions to solve the ever-expanding sophistication and complexity of client needs.

He began his career in financial services in UBS' Beverly Hills office in 2008 and has held various roles in the firm before being promoted to Market Director in January of 2023. Ryan served in the Assistant Market Head role until his promotion from 2019 thru 2022. Prior to these leadership roles, he was the Market Supervisory Officer for UBS' West LA and Los Angeles Markets, where he worked with large advisor teams to manage risk and find solutions to complex issues for some of the firm's wealthiest clients.

Ryan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. Fight on! He was born in New Jersey and currently resides in Irvine. Ryan holds his 3, 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses.

Elizabeth Metal is the Market Administrative Officer serving the Greater California/Nevada Market as well as the local Administrative Manager for Brea.  In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the advisor teams. 

Elizabeth joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Complex Administrative Manager in October 2009. She held various roles within the firm including Regional Administrative Officer for the Southwest Region and Market Administrative Officer for the San Diego Market. Prior to joining UBS, she spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch in Newport Beach where she started her career in the industry.

Elizabeth holds a BS in Business Administration Finance from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dallas.

As a Southern California native, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outside the office with her family, husband Michael and their daughters Kaylin, and Kalani playing sports, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

Michael Giuntini is an Administrative Officer in the Pacific Desert market, responsible for managing the client service and business operations in the Newport Beach and Brea offices.  In his role, Michael partners with the Team Associate and Market Management populations to help delivery UBS’ products and services to Financial Advisors and, ultimately, their clients.  His UBS career also includes Supervisory experience, working closely with Financial Advisors and Support Staff to manage the risks and regulatory requirements of the business. 

Prior to his time at UBS, Michael spent 4 years at Wells Fargo Advisors working in the Los Angeles market.  At Wells Fargo, Michael was responsible for coordinating branch operations and client service in the Westwood office. Serving as a liaison between Financial Advisors teams and various home office contacts, Michael problem solved and managed a multiple time sensitive requests to help service high net worth client's financial needs.  

Michael received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and Master's in Business Administration at the University of Southern California.  He also holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor ® designation.
