Ian MacNeill is the Market Director for Downtown Boston and North Shore in the Greater Boston Market. In this role, Ian is driving firm initiatives and goals while collaborating, coaching and recruiting the best Wealth Advisors in the industry to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. Before joining the Downtown office, Ian was the Northeast Divisional Sales Manager at UBS Financial Services. In that role, he drove business growth by connecting wealth management professionals and their clients to the firm’s unparalleled resources, insights, and intellectual capital. Previously, Ian was the UBS Branch Manager in Springfield, MA. Ian began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Private Wealth Management Group. As part of a larger team, he was a Private Wealth Advisor and later started his field leadership in Boston, MA as a Sales Manager.
Ken is one of the Assistant Market Heads in the Greater New England Market for UBS Wealth Management Americas, where he is responsible for a four state market with 11 offices. He works with approximately 250 Financial Advisors entrusted with roughly $35 billion in client assets. With an unwavering conviction to lead by example, Ken prides himself on being client centric and always wants to deliver the best possible service.
Background/Experience
Ken joined UBS in 2013 and has spent his time in various leadership roles including being the Operations Manager and Processing Manager for the New England and Upstate NY Markets. Prior to UBS, Ken held the position of Senior Business Service Manager with Morgan Stanley in Boston and the South Shore offices overseeing both the Support Staff and Operations. This experience along with Ken’s reputation for hard work, honesty and commitment, has added immense value to the Advisors and clients he works with every day.
Community and Family
As a community person, Ken has volunteered at the Relay for Life, and the Greater Boston Food Bank. He believes that supporting the community is essential to personal and professional development.
He and his wife, Aileen, reside in Cumberland, RI, with their 3 children where he spends time at the hockey rink, tennis court, and swimming pool to support his kids’ activities. He also likes camping with the family, playing pickleball, and is an avid Boston Sports Fan.

Ken received a B.S. in Finance from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst, graduating with honors. He has his Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 securities licenses along with his CEPA designation.
Susan Wolff is a Director and Market Supervisory Officer for the UBS Greater Boston Market, GWM Americas. As Market Supervisory Officer, Susan is responsible for overseeing compliance, legal and regulatory items for the entire Market consisting of 200 advisors. Susan works directly alongside Advisors, Support Staff and Supervisory Officers to deliver our clients the utmost satisfaction while ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory guidelines and policies. Susan has shifted her energy from volunteering to promoting our internal networking group known as All Bar None. The mission is to educate, engage and empower women within the organization. Susan serves as Co-Chair Field Connectors for All Bar None Chapters across US branch and is Co-Chair of the Greater Boston All Bar None Chapter.
Prior to Susan's role as Market Supervisory Officer, she served as Market Administrative Officer working on managing operational and administrative matters for the Market. She previously led volunteer activities, organizing and implementing event as well as driving participation. She has made an impact in the community and strengthened the working relationships and team culture within our offices. Prior to joining the Greater Boston Market, Susan was with the Hartford, Connecticut UBS location, formerly PaineWebber, as Complex/Risk Officer and Branch Administrative Manager.
Susan attended Temple University and holds FINRA Series 7, 8, 63, and 65 licenses. Susan and her husband, Brian of 32 years, reside in Lynnfield, MA. They have two children, Jenelle and Robinson, and one granddaughter. They will be welcoming their second grandchild this year. Susan enjoys spending quality time gardening, photography, volunteering for local community organizations and traveling.
Lili Trudeau is a Director and Supervisory Officer for the UBS Greater Boston Market, GWM Americas. As a Supervisory Officer, Lili coordinates with the Market Supervisory Officer to assist in the overseeing compliance, legal and regulatory items for the entire Market consisting of 200 advisors. Lili works alongside Advisors, Support Staff and Branch Managers to help ensure compliance with firm and regulatory guidelines and policies. Prior to Lili's role as Supervisory Officer, she served as Complex Administrative Officer working on managing operational and administrative matters.
Lili stated her career in the Boston Office, formerly Paine Webber Jackson and Curtis, as a Client Service Associate. Wanting to transition into the management side of the business she transferred to the Providence RI office as an Operations Manager then to the position of Complex Administrative Manager. During a regional restructure she transferred back to the Boston office as a Supervisory Officer.
Lili attended Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and holds FINRA Series 7, 9,10, 66 and insurance licenses. Lili and her husband, David of 31 years, reside in Cumberland, RI. They have two children, Emily and Charlie. Lili enjoys spending time volunteering at the local library book store and is a 25 year member with a women’s service and friendship sorority supporting local non-profit organizations.
Mark has been with UBS for over 20, originally joining PaineWebber in the Wellesley office in 1999. Since that time he has had a variety of field leadership roles, most recently as the Administrative Manager for the Greater Boston Market.
In his present role as Market Administrative Manager, he supervises and manages the market's support staff. Mark focuses his efforts on assuring that he hires, develops and retains the best professional support staff in the industry as well as execute and evolve the administrative processes in a way that assures high client satisfaction. His experience with many successful Advisors, CSAs, WSAs and managers allow him to bring great perspective and value to his role.
Mark earned his BA in Business Administration from Westfield Sate College in Westfield, MA. He is FINRA-registered and holds his Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65 and Life insurance licenses.
Mark and his wife, Christy, reside in Walpole, MA with their two children, Zachary and Katelyn. In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching youth sports, playing rooting for all the Boston Sports teams.
Andrea has over 18 years of experience in the wealth management field, leading client associates in providing a positive and comprehensive client experience. Prior to joining UBS in early 2018, she spent over 14 years at Scottrade as the branch manager for Vermont and upstate New York. When not at work Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and gardening. Andrea currently holds the FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 66 licenses.
