Dianne currently serves as Market Director at UBS, overseeing the Albany, NY; Glens Falls, NY; and Springfield, MA offices. Dianne brings a deep passion for working collaboratively with everyone across the firm, ultimately impacting the lives of her team, associates, and clients. Dianne is dedicated to driving exceptional results and fostering growth within the organization.

With over 30 years in financial services, including roles in branch management, as a financial advisor, compliance officer, and administrative associate, Dianne’s unique positive approach fosters open communication and focuses on getting things done. This has translated to positive results for her teams, clients, and the firm.

Known for a collaborative leadership style, Dianne is dedicated to developing high-performing teams and nurturing talent. She believes in integrity, efficiency, and the unique contributions of everyone on the team, leading to a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

Dianne is also a strong supporter of Habitat for Humanity, Public Television, and Fair Treatment of Animals. Personal interests include spending time with her wonderful family, gardening, and artisanal baking.

Myrna brings 46 years of experience in the financial services industry, starting in 1975 with Merrill Lynch then proceeded to PaineWebber in 2000, which was acquired by UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2000. She has an Associate in Science Degree, from Bay Path University. As Office Administrator, she currently provides Springfield, MA, Glens Falls and Albany, NY Branches with administrative and operational support. She is also the Springfield, MA office Branch Technology Liaison (BTL) and supports BTL back-up for the New York Branches. Myrna enjoys spending time with her dog Penny, her son and two grandchildren, and with her Civil Engineer Daughter, Samantha.
